Sky440 Domestication Transaction Nevada to Delaware Effective 8 10 18

Sk440, Inc. (SKYF) announced today that effective today, Friday, August 10, 2018, that it has completed a domestication transaction, which as a result the domicile for the Company has been transferred from the State of Nevada to the State of Delaware. The total number of authorized shares remain the same, 7,000,000,000, with 6,950,000,000 par value $.0001 common stock authorized and 50,000,000 par value $.001 preferred shares authorized. The total outstanding shares remain the same with 4,587,922,087 common stock outstanding and the total preferred stock also remaining the same with 11,900,000 preferred shares outstanding. There has been no change to each entity and/or individual's stock holdings.
