(formerly, X1 Entertainment Group.) (\"\n \n Military Metals\n \n \").\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Military Metals acquisition of the Purchased Assets (as defined below) (the \"\n \n Transaction\n \n \") constitutes a change of business for Military Metals (the \"\n \n COB\n \n \") to a mineral exploration company pursuant to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (the \"\n \n CSE\n \n \").
