[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n \n23 May 2023\n \nSkillcast Group plc\n(\"Skillcast\", the \"Group\", or the \"Company\")\n \nDividend declaration and Notice of AGM\n \nSkillcast Group plc (AIM: SKL), the provider of content and technology for digital compliance transformation, announces that the Company has today posted to shareholders copies of its annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022, along with notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") to be held at the Company's offices at 80 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3DH on Tuesday 20 June 2023 at 1.00 p.m. A copy of the annual report and accounts and notice of AGM is available from the Company's website, www.skillcast.com.\n \nDividend declaration\nThe notice of AGM contains a resolution to approve the proposed final dividend of 0.279p per share, details of which were announced in the Company's final results announcement on 26 April 2023. The ex-dividend date for this payment is 29 June 2023, the record date is 30 June 2023 and the expected payment date is on or around 21 July 2023.\n \nAttendance at the AGM\nShareholders are invited to attend the AGM in person, however, due to space restrictions the Company requests that Shareholders confirm their intention to attend in advance to Joy Mazhambe at [email protected] with the title \"Skillcast Group plc AGM\" and including the shareholder's full name.\n \nVoting at the AGM\nShareholders are permitted to appoint a proxy by filling in the proxy form accompanying the AGM notice.
