Together with the first tranche, Skeena raised gross proceeds of C$16,000,000.In connection with the final tranche, Skeena collected gross proceeds of approximately C$4.9 Million from the sale of 6,000,000 flow through shares (\"FT shares\") at a price of C$0.82 per FT share.The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to fund exploration activities on the Company's projects in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia. All of the securities issued under the Offering will be subject to a hold period of 4 months from the closing date of the respective tranche of the Offering.
