As president and CEO of Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc., in the interest of stemming any flagrant misrepresentations or potentially fraudulent activity in the name Mobile Holding, Inc., I am issuing the following warning.

There is an individual named Fred Allen who is falsely claiming to be an investor relations manager with Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc. Some of these claims have been published on Investors Hub (iHub) and may have been published in other places. While this Fred Allen may have aspirations to be our investor relations manager, let it be clear that we have not hired or contracted with Fred Allen to serve in any capacity with Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc., or Mobile Broadcasting Corp. or to represent our Whirld mobile app. Any such assertions are fraudulent.

Mobile Broadcasting Holding, Inc., values our relationships with our investors and so feels compelled to make a public pronouncement against those who would misrepresent themselves in The Company’s name to mislead our investors. Any contact with Fred Allen should be referred to the proper authorities.
