A further issue of 5,779 New Shares was made on 14 January 2020 pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative. This further issue was made to rectify an administrative error whereby a valid Scrip Election from a Shareholder on the UK Register was incorrectly rejected by the Company's UK Registrar.\nThe revised total amount of Interim Dividend payable on 17 January 2020, calculated in accordance with the terms of the Circular, is €18,220,542.25, of which €11,344,711.09 is payable in cash and the cash equivalent of €6,875,831.16 is satisfied through the issue of the New Shares. The Company's Employee Benefit Trust has waived its right to the Interim Dividend.\nFollowing the issue of the New Shares, the revised total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,038,369,821. There are no shares held in treasury.\nApplications will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on the main market of London Stock Exchange Plc (\"LSE\"), to be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to be listed on the main board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (\"JSE\").
