Accordingly, the last day to trade for shareholders on the SA Register in order to be able to participate and vote at the meeting is Tuesday, 24 June 2025.\nMembers registered on the United Kingdom Register of Members (the \"UK Register\") by close of business, on Friday, 27 June 2024 (the \"UK Record Time\") shall have the right to participate and vote at the AGM.
