[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5339N Sirius Real Estate Limited 28 July 2014 \n \n\n \nSirius Real Estate Limited\n(\"Sirius Real Estate\" or the \"Company\")\nPosting of Notice of Annual General Meeting \nAnd\n Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular\n \nSirius Real Estate is pleased to announce that the Notice of the Annual General Meeting has today been posted to shareholders and is available on the Group's website: www.siriusrealestate.com.\nThe Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 33 St James's Square, London SW1Y 4JS on 26 August 2014 at 11am.\nIn addition, further to the Final Results announcement dated 16 June 2014, in which the Directors confirmed their intention that future dividends will be offered to shareholders in cash or scrip form, the Company is pleased to confirm the Scrip Dividend Scheme Circular and Form of Election have also today been posted to shareholders and are available on the Group's website.\nThe operation of the Scrip Dividend Scheme is subject to the approval of the Directors and of the Shareholders in the form of the passing of Resolution 10 set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.
