Bond, a\ndirector and officer of SIQ Mountain Industries Inc.\n(\"\n \n \n SIQ\n \n \n \" or the “\n \n \n Company\n \n \n ”) announced today that on September\n6, 2023 he had acquired directly from SIQ (\n \n \n NEX:SIQH\n \n \n ), 2,020,000\ncommon shares through his wholly owned private company Bondwest\nEnterprises Inc. The common shares were acquired for CDN$0.05 per\ncommon share for a total consideration of CDN$101,000 pursuant to a\nnon-brokered private placement first announced by the Company by press\nrelease on August 15, 2023 (the “\n \n \n private placement\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n \n \n Prior to Bondwest’s participation in SIQ’s private\nplacement, Mr. Bond held, directly or indirectly, or had control or\ndirection over an aggregate of 2,318,600 shares of the Company or\napproximately 9.23% of the pre-placement issued and outstanding share\ncapital of the Company, i.e., 25,133,433 shares. With the current\nacquisition, Mr. Bond now holds directly or indirectly or has control\nor direction over an aggregate of 4,338,600 common shares or\napproximately 14.89% of the Company’s issued and outstanding share\ncapital post-closing, i.e., 29,133,433 share.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Bond and Bondwest Enterprises Inc., together with\nMs. Sardar, Mr. Bond’s spouse are joint actors with respect to their\ncommon shares of SIQ.  The shares acquired by Bondwest Enterprises\nInc. pursuant to the private placement were acquired for investment\npurposes.
