Invent Fortune Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) Introduction: Invent Fortune is an industrial company engaged in recycling and resource reuse. Adhering to a global trading philosophy, Invent Fortune promotes the environmentally friendly and low-carbon development of the global waste recycling and reuse industry.

Xing Da Plastics Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) Introduction: Established in Malaysia in 2018, Xing Da specializes in producing high-quality (APET), (GAG), and (PETG) sheets, as well as various types of polymer products such as plastic containers. Xing Da supplies various agricultural applications, shopping malls, electronics, and food service markets worldwide, and sells its products globally. Xing Da's production management is conducted under ISO22000 and HACCP standards.

The acquisition of Invent Fortune & Xing Da Plastics has significant strategic value for SGLA Group's layout of the recycled industry chain, and also has great environmental value for the Group in reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
