Notice of AGM

Silverwood Brands plc, a holding company established to invest primarily in branded consumer businesses, announces that the Company  has today posted its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders in the Company.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Peterhouse Capital Limited, 80 Cheapside, London EC2V 6EE at 10.00 am on Friday, 28 June 2024.

A copy of the AGM notice is also available on the Company's website at https://www.silverwoodbrands.com/.

The Company expects to announce and make public its annual financial report for the year ended 31 December 2023 by 30 June 2024. As the AGM will be held on 28 June 2024, Silverwood will convene a separate General Meeting in July 2024, to formally receive the  annual financial report, having given the 21 days' notice required by the Company's Articles.
