Mr. Williams was the Chairman of Underworld Resources (UW - TSXV) until April 26, 2010 when Kinross Gold Corporation completed its acquisition of the company. He was previously Vice President of Atna Resources Ltd., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company, where he developed and implemented all of the company's communication and investor relations programs from 1996 through to 2004.
