Darrell was previously in-house corporate counsel to Teck Resources Limited, and is currently one of the key M&A lawyers for Antofagasta Minerals SA and Freeport-McMoRan Inc. for each of their respective worldwide project acquisitions and exploration projects. He currently is a partner with the national law firm Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, and previous to that, he was a lawyer at a number of other major law firms, including one off-shore. Darrell has acted for numerous junior, mid level and senior mining companies during his legal career.
