[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n\n/NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO US WIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE\n UNITED STATES OF AMERICA/\n\n\nHALIFAX, May 17, 2013 /CNW/ - Oceanus Resources Corporation (TSXV: OCN)\n (\"Oceanus\" or the \"Company\") announces that further to its press\n release of April 18, 2013, MPX Geophysics of Markham Ontario (\"MPX\")\n has completed 605 line kilometer Helicopter Magnetometer and Gamma\n Spectrometer (\"Radiometrics\") on the La Lajita property covering over\n 3,200 hectares in Durango, Mexico.\n\n\nThe preliminary field data has revealed several areas of interest.  MPX\n is currently processing the data from the complete survey and Oceanus\n anticipates the delivery of the final maps and report by the end of\n May.\n\n\nOceanus also announces that the Board of Directors has granted stock\n options to directors, officers and consultants in respect of an\n aggregate of 1,270,000 common shares.  The exercise price of the stock\n options is $0.20 per share.  The stock options, which were granted\n under Oceanus' 2010 Stock Option Plan, expire ten years from the date\n of grant.\n\n\nDavid R.
