The Technical Report entitled \"Independent Technical Report for the La Parrilla Silver Mine, Durango State, Mexico\" with an effective date of May 31, 2023 is available for review on SEDAR (www.sedarplus.ca) and on the Corporation's website (www.goldentag.ca).
