(\"Pilot\"), a privately held firm headquartered in St. John's, NL\n to provide investor relations and media relations services for an\n initial period of  one year beginning October 1, 2011. Under the terms\n of the contract, Pilot will receive a monthly retainer of $6,850 in\n fees plus reimbursement for related expenses. No securities have been\n issued to Pilot or any of its employees as part of this arrangement,\n nor does Pilot or any of its employees hold any rights to purchase,\n directly or indirectly, such securities. The contract is subject to a\n six month review and may be terminated by either party with thirty days\n notice.\n\n\n\"Pilot is a full service marketing and communications firm, operating in\n Newfoundland and Labrador for over 20 years, who have a good\n understanding of our industry and our requirements.   We will work\n closely with Pilot to ensure our shareholders and the public are kept\n informed about all developments on our rare earth element (REE),\n gold/silver and uranium properties in Labrador and on the island of\n Newfoundland\", stated Peter Dimmell, Silver Spruce's President and CEO.\n\n\nThis arrangement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.\n\n\nAbout Silver Spruce Resources Inc.
