The dividend will be paid on\n \n April 29, 2022\n \n . The dividend qualifies as an \"eligible dividend\" as defined in the\n \n Income Tax Act\n \n (\n \n Canada\n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The declaration, timing, amount, and payment of future dividends will be subject to the discretion and approval of the Board of Directors.
