(TSX: SPD) (the "Company") announces that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, it is issuing this news release to clarify disclosure with respect to the Company's news releases dated March 14, 2011 and April 5, 2011, in which the Company disclosed a combined measured and indicated resource estimate of its Taylor Property, located in White Pine County, Nevada. The measured and indicated silver resource is required to be stated separately to be compliant with National Instrument ("NI") 43-101 as per section 2.2(b) and section 3.4(b).
