(TSX: SPD) (the "Company") announces that it has appointed William M. Sheriff, the Company's Chairman, as interim Chief Executive Officer and John W. Legg, Director, as interim President following the resignation of Cor Coe from the Company.\nAn entrepreneur and visionary with over 30 years' mineral exploration experience, Mr. Sheriff is now committed to leading the new Yukon gold rush. The founder of Golden Predator Corp. and co-founder of Silver Predator Corp., Mr. Sheriff was a pioneer in the uranium renaissance and as Chairman of Energy Metals Corp., was responsible for compiling the largest domestic uranium resource base in US history. Mr. Sheriff is Chairman of the Predator Group and its member companies and is also a Director of Western Lithium Corporation. Mr. Sheriff owns one of the largest privately held mining databases in the world.\nMr. Legg has been a Director of the Company since March 2009, and as co-founder was instrumental in the formation of Silver Predator.
