(TSX.V:SPD) (the “Company”) has arranged a non-brokered private placement of 19,000,000 common shares at $0.07 per share for proceeds of $1,330,000.\n\n\n\nTill Capital Ltd. (TSX.V:TIL) has agreed to subscribe for the shares and is an insider and control person of the Company, as defined by the TSX Venture Exchange.  This share issuance and the increase in the size of the control position were previously approved by a vote of the Company’s shareholders on February 21, 2014.  On completion of this financing, Till is projected to own 62,677,674 shares, or approximately 63.70% of the Company’s issued and outstanding shares.\n\n\n\nThe shares issued are subject to a hold period expiring four months plus one day from the date of issuance.
