Industries Inc. cordially invites you to attend the annual shareholders'
meeting of the Company, which will be held

At the annual meeting, Jacques Mombleau, President and CEO, and
Denis Poirier, Executive Vice-President and CFO will comment on developments
over the past fiscal year, namely the conclusion of the rationalization plan
deployed over the last four years as well as the acquisition of Trimag and its
positive impact on the outlook of the Company.
Management will take the opportunity to present the financial and
strategic objectives as well as the results of the first quarter of fiscal
2005-2006.
A press briefing for members of the media will be held right after the
meeting.
