(TSX:GPD), Golden Predator\n Canada Corp., Redtail Metals Corp. (TSX.V:RTZ) and Silver Predator\n Corp. (TSX:SPD) announced today that they have signed an Exploration\n Agreement with respect to activities within the traditional territory\n of the Kaska Nation. This agreement represents the first of its kind in\n the Yukon between the Kaska Nation and a group of mining companies.\n\n\nThe Kaska Nation and the Predator Group companies are entering into this\n Agreement to promote a cooperative and mutually respectful relationship\n in respect of Golden Predator, Redtail Metals and Silver Predator's\n exploration projects located within the Kaska Nation's traditional\n territory. The Agreement is focused on exploration activities and does\n not apply to development and production of mining properties. The\n Agreement also lays the foundation for the process for the development\n of a Socio Economic Participation Agreement upon the advancement\n towards mineral production decisions of all properties within the\n Predator Group companies.\n\n\nHighlights of the Agreement include:\n\n\nKaska support for exploration projects of the companies,  subject to\n meeting appropriate environmental and regulatory requirements;\n\n\nKaska participation and support for the Company's permitting\n applications, subject to a clear process for review and input prior to\n filing, and a mechanism to expeditiously address and resolve any\n concerns Kaska may have;\n\n\nestablishment of Traditional Knowledge protocol for matters pertaining\n to the exploration projects and resolving any disputes that may arise;\n\n\npreferential employment and economic development opportunities  for\n Kaska businesses and citizens;\n\n\nprovision for the assignment of the Agreement to assignees or optionees\n of properties;\n\n\nprovisions for equity participation by the Kaska Nation;\n\n\nthe establishment of a Kaska Community Fund; and\n\n\na respectful process for resolving issues with mining claims within the\n Frances Lake study area.\n\nThe Traditional Knowledge Protocol for th...
