The program was\nundertaken and will be partially funded under a grant from the\nGovernment of Yukon, under its Yukon Mineral Exploration Program\n(“YMEP). Under this program, qualifying exploration expenditures can\nbe refunded to the Company in the form of a grant of up to $30,000.\nThe Veronica claims, part of the recently optioned GDR project, are\nlocated adjacent to the Tim Property (under separate option to Coeur\nMining), in the Silvertip area of southern Yukon Territory.\nExploration in the region is targeting high grade silver-lead-zinc\nmineralization similar to that found at the Silvertip Mine,\napproximately 16 km to the southwest of Veronica.\n \n\n The 2025 program was conducted over an eight-day period, consisting of\nprospecting, mapping, soil geochemical sampling and hand trenching.
