(TSX-V: SVB), a leading digital\nmedia company, is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement\noffering of $300,000, by way of selling 1,000,000 units of the Corporation at\na price of $0.30 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share of the\nCorporation and one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the\nholder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.60 for two years\nfrom the date of issuance.
