It\ngives us the opportunity to further expand our product catalogue and take\nLighthouse Interactive to the next level. We look forward to working with\nNintendo."\n\n\nIn other news, SilverBirch Inc. announced that further to its earlier\npress release, issued July 31, 2008, the company has entered into an investor\nrelations contract with Bristol Capital Ltd. Bristol Capital Ltd. will provide\nthe Company with introductory investor meetings, help develop presentations,\nand assist in the preparation and distribution of related press releases.\n\n\nThe term of the agreement is thirty-six months with the bulk of the\nservices to be provided in the first year. During the first year, the Company\nwill pay a monthly fee of $10,000.
