O'Farrell has joined its Board of Directors.\nO'Farrell is currently the Chair and Executive Director of the dotMobi\nAdvisory Group, a mobile industry trade association, and is co-author of the\nupcoming Wiley publication, Mobile Internet for Dummies.\n\n\nAs a global expert on mobile and interactive digital media, O'Farrell is\nwidely considered an industry leading strategist. In addition to shaping the\nearly market practices of the Open Mobile Alliance, he was a co-founder of the\nWireless Advertising Industry Association in 2000 (now the Mobile Marketing\nAssociation) and has launched new products and services with Nokia, Motorola\nand Ericsson through mobile network operators world wide.\n\n\n"Mr. O'Farrell's acceptance of our Board offer is a strong endorsement of\nour accomplishments to date and our strategy going forward," said SilverBirch\nCEO, Derek van der Plaat, "He is undoubtedly one of the most knowledgeable\nspecialists in our field. Having him work with our team is going to be most\nrewarding."\n\n\nMr. O'Farrell's compensation will include the standard award of 100,000\nDirector's common share options, granted at the October 18th, 2007 closing\nprice of $0.24.\n\n\nIn other business, meeting on October 18th, 2007, the Board also\nfinalized details of Mr. van der Plaat's previously announced grants of common\nshare options, with vesting tied to profitably exceeding $11 million in\nrevenue for fiscal 2008. Further options in the amount of 480,000 were granted\nat a strike price of $0.24.
