Swedish state appeals

 

SigmaRoc (AIM: SRC), the specialist quarried materials group, advises that further to the announcement on 15 March 2023 in relation to the successful claim against the Swedish state (the 'State'), on 4 April 2023, the State appealed the verdict and subsequently the Group also appealed.

 

The Group remains confident in the merits of its case and will keep the markets informed of any further developments.
