The Company\nis currently looking at ways to exploit the strengths of the patent, including\nlevying licensing fees on both current and future vendors. A European patent\nfor the method is pending.\n\n\n\nThe method, already widely used, uniquely associates each message with a number,\nidentifies the type of message, and enables the subscriber to reply or receive\nthe message across a variety of messaging services including email, SMS, MMS,\nvoice phone services, or internet URLs. For example, a mobile email service may\nallow a user to receive emails to his mobile phone as a text message, which he\nmay then reply to via a text. This text message can then be delivered to the\noriginal sender as an email.\n\n\n\nThe patent can identify the telephone line number on which the incoming message\nis received and match the message to the telephone number of the subscriber.\nThe quantity of numbers allocated can be limited and managed, enabling a single\nnumber to be reused at any one time by millions of users. This provides\nconsiderable ease of use for the end user and cost savings to the operator.\n\n\n\nMessaging International CEO, Guy Levit, said: 'This huge breakthrough for the\nCompany demonstrates our commitment to the sector and represents a significant\nstep in confirming Messaging International as a leading provider of messaging\nservices worldwide. The patent broadens our range of services, has the potential\nto provide additional revenue streams and highlights our promise to investors to\nplay an integral role in the rapidly maturing messaging market.'\n\n\n\n * * ENDS * *\n\n\n\nFor further information visit www.telemessage.com or contact:\n\nGuy Levit Messaging International Plc Tel: +972 3 922 5252\n\nIsabel Crossley St Brides Media & Finance Ltd Tel: +44 (0) 20 7242 447\n\n\n\nNote...
