The Company purchased 8,540,166 Ordinary Shares at a price of 116.86 pence per Ordinary Share on 17 March 2026.\n \nThe EBT holds Ordinary Shares for the benefit of the Company's employees and satisfies the vesting of awards made under the Company's share incentive schemes. Following the above transaction, the EBT holds 11,466,889 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of the Company's issued share capital.\n \nThe current issued share capital of the Company consists of 1,114,854,530 Ordinary Shares.
