Following these transactions, Mr Barrett's total interest in the Company is now 2,380,640 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.94% of the total voting rights of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n On 30 July 2020, Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer of SigmaRoc, purchased, in aggregate, 25,644 \n Ordinary Shares at an average price of 41.15 pence per Ordinary Share. Following these transactions, Mr Vermorken's total interest in the Company is now 500,902 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.20% of the total voting rights of the Company.\n \n \n \n \n \n On \n 30 July 2020\n , Charles Trigg, Technical Director \n of SigmaRoc, purchased 11,737 \n Ordinary Shares at a price of 42.59 pence per Ordinary Share.
