[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 10 February 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n (EPIC: SRC / Market: AIM / Sector: Construction Materials)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SIGMAROC PLC\n \n \n \n \n \n \n (\n '\n SigmaRoc\n '\n or\n the 'Company')\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Awards\n \n \n under the SigmaRoc Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') to Directors and PDMRs\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company announces that it received notification on\n 9 February from Link Market Services Trustees Limited (the 'SIP Trustee') that the SIP Trustee awarded ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') to PDMR's under the SigmaRoc SIP on 9 February 2023. \n \n \n \n \n \n Under the terms of the SIP, each eligible employee can contribute from salary to purchase Partnership Shares. The SIP Trustee has purchased (using the cash contributions made by the PDMRs) a total of 5,976 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.60 pence per share.\n \n \n \n \n \n PDMR Dealing\n \n \n \n \n \n As participants in the SIP, the PDMR's are deemed to have an interest in the shares awarded to them and held by the SIP Trustee.
