Directors' Dealings

The Board of SIG plc ("the Company") announces that Mr D G Robertson who will become an Executive Director of the Company on 1 December 2011, purchased a total of 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 81.644p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Robertson has a beneficial interest in 30,000 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.005% of the Company's total voting rights of 590,829,339 Ordinary Shares.
