These data were also presented as an oral presentation in the Lung Cancer—Non–Small Cell Metastatic session (Abstract #8507) at the 2025 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting. Based on the encouraging data from this study, sac-TMT was approved for marketing by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) for the treatment of adult patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutant-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC following progression on EGFR-tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy in March 2025.
