TV Commerce Holdings plc ('Company')
The Company was advised yesterday that Vince Stanzione (CEO) had, on 10 May
2005, purchased 450,000 ordinary shares at 5p per share and 1,000,000 ordinary
shares at 5.25p per share. As a result, Vince Stanzione's total holding is
45,067,300 ordinary shares, representing 70.22 per cent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
