The Company confirms that the name change will take effect at 8.00 a.m. (BST) today.\nThe new name will be reflected by the London Stock Exchange and the Company's London Stock Exchange market ticker will change to 'SKA'. The Company's ISIN (GB00BN47NP32) and SEDOL (BN47NP3) will remain unchanged.\nIn order to reflect the Company's new name, the Company's website address (including investor relations content and the information required by AIM Rule 26) will change to www.shukaminerals.com with effect from 8.00 a.m. (BST) today.\nShareholder documents of title will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid.
