In reference to our earlier board meeting outcome dated March 21, 2025, wherein we mentioned that Ms. Shital Tamakuwala (DIN: 11013804) has been appointed as an additional (Non-Executive Independent) Women Director of the company with effect from the generation of DIN letter from MCA. The said DIN letter has been generated on March 21, 2025. Therefore, her appointment shall commence for a period of five years w.e.f. March 21, 2025.
