Due to COVID-19 and the latest \"stay at home\" restrictions, this meeting will be held virtually, and attendance will be available online and telephonically. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Company will provide a facility for shareholders to join the AGM online and telephonically and there will be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions.
