Ms. Merrin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Luscar Ltd., Canada's largest producer of thermal coal, prior to which she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Sherritt International Corporation. Ms. Merrin is a Director of CML Healthcare Income Fund (TMX: CLC.UN), The NB Power Group, Alberta Energy Research Institute and Climate Change and Emissions Management Corporation, Edmonton. She served as a member of Natural Resources' Canada's Expert Panel on Energy Science and Technology and of the National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy. Ms. Merrin is a Director of the Toronto Public Library Foundation and is Chair of the Council on Canadian-American Relations, New York.Mr. Lincoln said, \"We are very fortunate to have Patrice join the Enssolutions board.
