Luxembourg – 29 January 2026 – Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY) today announced the award of a sizeable1 contract by Shell for the Kaikias Waterflood project. The Kaikias field is a deepwater development in the Mars-Ursa Basin, approximately 210 kilometres off the Louisiana coast in the US.
