[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4542F Aurum Mining PLC 26 April 2011 \n \n\nAurum Mining plc\n \nResult of GM and TVR\n \n26 April 2011\n \nAurum Mining plc (\"Aurum\" or \"the Company\") is pleased to announce that all of the resolutions proposed at today's general meeting were approved by shareholders.\n \nThe placing of 66,666,667 new ordinary shares in the Company, details of which were announced by Aurum on 6 April 2011, is now subject only to admission of the new ordinary shares to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 8.00am on 27 April 2011.\n \nTotal Voting Rights\nFollowing the issue of equity by the Company pursuant to the placing, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 118,159,942 ordinary shares of 1p each, none of which are held in treasury.
