[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0545A Scott Wilson Group plc 01 October 2009 \n \nScott Wilson Group plc\nRestated segmental analysis of historic results to reflect new \nGroup management structure \n\n\nAs signalled to investors at the time of its final results in June 2009 Scott Wilson Group plc (\"the Group\") has been working towards a revised reporting structure that is in line with the new sector facing operating structure.\n\nThe new structure has already brought improved focus on worldwide clients and markets. The Board believes that bringing the segmental reporting in line with this structure will improve investors' understanding of the Group's operations.\n\nThe trading activities of the Group are now managed through five core market-facing sectors and four overseas regions, as follows:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRoads (UK & RoW Roads); \nRail (UK & RoW Rail); \nBuildings and Infrastructure (UK & RoW B&I); \nEnvironment and Natural Resources (UK & RoW ENR); \nStrategic Consultancy (UK & RoW SC); \nEurope;\nMiddle East; \nIndia;\nAsia Pacific.\n\n\n\n\n\nIn order to enable investors to make future comparisons the segmental revenue and results for the 26 weeks to 26 October 2008 and 53 weeks to 3 May 2009 have been restated to reflect the new management structure.
