[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 4908O Scott Wilson Group plc 30 June 2010 \n \n\nNOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION IN WHOLE OR IN PART IN, INTO OR FROM ANY JURISDICTION WHERE TO DO SO WOULD CONSTITUTE A VIOLATION OF THE RELEVANT LAWS OR REGULATIONS OF THAT JURISDICTION.\n \nScott Wilson Group plc\n30 June 2010\n \nRescheduling of Scott Wilson board meeting\nOn 29 June 2010, Scott Wilson issued an announcement describing the terms of the right to match arrangements which it had agreed with URS Corporation (\"URS\") and confirming that, in accordance with these right to match arrangements, it had convened a board meeting for Thursday 1 July 2010 to consider its position.\nAt the request of the Panel Executive, Universe Bidco has agreed that if, in accordance with the right to match arrangements, Universe Bidco confirms to Scott Wilson by 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday 30 June 2010 that it intends to exercise its right to match or improve upon the cash offer for Scott Wilson announced by CH2M HILL on 28 June 2010, it must announce its revised offer by no later than 7.30 a.m. on Thursday 1 July 2010. If Universe Bidco does not exercise its right to match by 5.00 p.m. on Wednesday 30 June 2010, the Scott Wilson board will be entitled to withdraw its recommendation of the URS Offer.
