[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0830L Scott Wilson Group plc 30 April 2010 \n \n\n30 April 2010\n \nScott Wilson Pre-Close Statement\n \nScott Wilson Group plc (\"Scott Wilson\" or \"the Group\"), the global integrated design and engineering consultancy for the built and natural environments, today issues a pre-close statement prior to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 2 May 2010 on 29 June 2010.\n \nOverall, the Group's position remains unchanged from that stated in our Interim Management Statement of 9 March 2010 and the underlying business performance has remained consistent with current market expectations. In addition, the performance of our joint ventures will be ahead of previous indications.
