Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, confirms that the notice convening the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company (the "AGM") has been posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 16 December 2025 at the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AF.
