Sean qualified as a chartered\naccountant with Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers), before joining\nInvensys plc where he held a number of roles including UK Finance Director of\nHawker Batteries Group and Divisional Controller of BTR Power Systems.\n\nNo other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13 R\nof the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority in relation to Mr\nCummins' appointment to the Board of the Company.\n\nGeoff French, Executive Chairman of Scott Wilson Group plc said:\n\n\"We are delighted to welcome Sean Cummins to the Board.
