He is also Vice Chairman of Hawkpoint Partners, one of Europe's leading independent advisory firms, and has extensive investment banking experience specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and privatisations in Europe, the US and emerging markets.\n\nPelham Allen will retire from the board on 1 January 2009 after six years.
