[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 7144X Aurum Mining PLC 27 June 2008 \n This is an announcement to replace the previously released annoucement released under RNS number 7117X at 11:29.\n\n\n\n\nFor immediate release\n\n\n27 June 2008\n\n\n\n\n\nAURUM MINING PLC\n('Aurum' or 'the Company')\n\nAndash Project Update\n\nAurum Mining plc (AIM: AUR) is giving an update to the market following the announcement made on 4 June 2008.\nIn the civil case, in which the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries Andash Mining Company and Kaldora Company Limited are named as co-defendants, the case remains in the Bishkek City Court due to the fact that there is an outstanding appeal on the case that is yet to be heard.
