(\"DCL\"), announced in May 2007, DCL has exceeded the performance targets stipulated within the sale and purchase agreement in respect of the first year of ownership by Scott Wilson, as a result of which the DCL vendors are entitled to receive 58,896 ordinary shares in Scott Wilson.
