This is in addition to Interim Dividends has already been paid at Rs,7.00 per share i.e.70%.\n BONUS ISSlIE-\n It has been recommended by the Board of Directors to issue Bonus Shares in the proportion of 0 share(s) for every 0 shares held i.e. 0 %. This is in addition to the Interim Bonus Shares already issued @ 0%.\n \n \n RIGHT SHARES'\n The Board has also recommended to issue 0 % Right Shares at par/at a discount/ premium of Rs.0 per share in proportion of 0 share(s) for every 0 shares.
