In compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1, the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (in the case of the Annual Report, in machine-readable XHTML web browser format) and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. In compliance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required pursuant to DTR 6.3.5 is available in unedited full text in the Annual Report, which is available to view via the National Storage Mechanism and on the Company's website. \n \nThe 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.30 am (London time) on Thursday, 22 May 2025 at the London offices of Herbert Smith Freehills LLP, Exchange House, Primrose Street, London EC2A 2EG, United Kingdom.
